CC3220S DEBUG错误

Error connecting to the target: (Error -2131 @ 0x0) Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 8.0.903.2) 

如何解决？

报错显示是JTAG连接的问题，重启设备或者换跟连接线试试

Set the SOP to 011 (SOP2 = 0, SOP1 = 1, SOP0 = 1), and perform power on reset (POR). Device reset can be simply done by pressing SW1 Reset switch.

(Emulation package 8.0.903.2) ），请问有什么解决方法吗？不知道是哪个版本的uniflash，我的版本是4.6.0，settings缺少target device这个选项，不知道会不会有影响。
