TI中文支持网自己做的一块板子，使用JTAG烧录时，单片机一直处于running状态，导致无法烧录。
用XDS100烧录时提示以下问题，有朋友遇到这个问题吗？
用劳特巴赫烧录时也提示类似异常（access timeout，processor running）。

下载工具没有问题 另一块板子XDS100和劳特巴赫都可以烧录的。
关键应该是下面的提示
