dsp28335 jtag报错 求解决方法

在网上看了些解决方案 大都是换根线 重启之类的 但是并没作用 芯片工作正常 就是无法连接jtag下载程序

mangui zhang：1.确定驱动目标器件工作正常目标器件电源正常clkout输出正常
2.有可能是某一个线接触不好或断开了或被强拉了
3.看看芯片复位等是否正常多次插拔USB端试试
