用编程器MSP-GANG programmer给PCBA(PCBA用编程器供电,不接其他外接电源)上的单片机烧写程序时报错“Vcc is too low”,导致无法烧写程序;用万用表测量发现其J1接口的2号引脚与地点短路(电阻只有25欧姆,正常大约22K欧姆);而且除一号接口外,其他的接口还都正常(我们一般一次只写一个PCBA,只用一号接口,其他7个接口都闲置不用)。所有烧写的方法和步骤和以前都没有任何变化,PCBA板子和程序也正常,更换一个新的编程器后可以正常烧写。已经发现连续4台编程器出现同样的问题。
用编程器的selftest 功能检测发现编程器的一号接口报错了。

我的问题不是不能成功烧写,而是偶尔发生不能“Vcc is too low”的错误,而且错误的同时编程器坏掉了,PCBA正常还可以换个编程器再写也没问题。就是不知道为什么编程器突然就坏掉了

是元件烧毁导致的,还是固件问题导致的。如果是元件烧毁导致的,看看是不是电路的编程接口部分设计的不合理。参考你选择的芯片对应的官方开发板的原理图部分设计,并使用相关元件参数。
