用IAR5.3下载程序到MSP430F5438A中，显示

感觉是PC接口上出了什么问题，请问具体是什么问题？

下载接口为JTAG模式，仿真器为TI的MSP-FET430UIF，仿真器驱动为msp-fet430uif-vcp

不一定。也有可能是仿真器和5438A的连接问题

第一，请升级你的IAR版本。

第二，确认JTAG管脚接线无误。

第三，确认UIF没有问题，可以烧写其他芯片。

第四，贴张图片吧。
