TI中文支持网DSP为28075，采用uniflash可以烧写程序并正常运行，但是使用CCS环境烧写程序提示错误如下：

请问题是哪里的问题，是芯片背面大焊盘（GND）焊接不良吗？

这个批量产品问题， 我们之前已经用了上万片，没有问题，这次PCB升级了，原理图没有更改，出现了这个问题，现在推测是PowerPAD焊接不良，但是用uniflash可以烧写，也可以正常运行，更换CCS版本也能解决这个问题，我的问题点是：这个问题的根本原因是否是PowerPAD焊接不良，担心产品批量出问题。
