LMK1D1208: some outputs are not functioning properly

Dear TI Technical Support Team,

I am currently working on the schematic design for the LMK1D1208 buffer. I have selected a 3.3V single-ended LVCOMS signal as the input, based on the device specifications. However, I have encountered an issue where four out of the eight output channels are not producing any signal (specifically, outputs 0, 2, 5, and 7).

I would like to understand the reason behind this issue and seek your guidance on how to resolve it.
