DCA1000EVM: Unable to read FPGA Version. [error -5]

目前我是使用AWR 2243 BOOST 以及 DCA 1000 EVM
mmwave studio 版本是3.0.0.14DCA 1000 EVM 剛買不久MATLAB Runtime（v8.5.1, 32-bit）筆電為win 11電源供應器 5V 2A目前的output 是 Unable to read FPGA Version. [error -5]目前已經試過1.關防火牆2.網路線RJ45也是直接連接在儀器上沒有使用轉接口3.另外一臺筆電也是相同情況想詢問如何解決 謝謝

1. Disabling the firewall.
2. Using a direct RJ45 connection without any adapters.
3. Trying with another laptop, which shows the same issue.
