AWR2243BOOST: How can programming be used to configure the radar evaluation board via Ethernet?

Hello team, 

As is well known, the evaluation board uses a USB-to-UART port to configure the 4 cascading radar chips. So, how can programming be used to transfer data to the serial port via Ethernet to achieve radar configuration parameters?

感谢。实际在开发过程中，找不到合适的函数可用，串口读写的函数只在它所在的Link内可以被调用，出了link就不能用了
