[TAS6424]There is about 1% DTC in left front speaker (CH1) .

The project uses the TAS6424E-Q1 chip. Recently, 1000 vehicles from the factory reported 11 amplifier diagnostic trouble codes (DTC), all related to the left front speaker (Channel 1) malfunction. The specific nature of the malfunction is unclear, and each DTC was reported only once; subsequent attempts to reproduce the issue have failed.

On these 11 vehicles, the left front speaker can actually produce sound normally, and no abnormalities are audible during sound production.

In multiple attempts on the local test bench, the issue has not been reproduced.

Please assist in analyzing the possible reasons for this problem.
