.out文件單獨生成.bin文件

Part Number: CC2340

我使用的器件是CC2340R5，現在生成了帶CCFG的.out文件，想把這個.out文件轉成.bin，如果是CCS上直接設置的生成.bin是不帶CCFG的，所以想指定.out文件轉成.bin文件。
