We encountered some issues during the use of CC1312R1F3RGZR DC: 2317+, where the external main CPU was still working, but the internal transceiver stopped working. No issues were found in the firmware, so I tried to check the module hardware and found that the chip version is different from the previous one. This time, the chip version is displayed as 2. X, while the previous one was displayed as 2.1. Please help me confirm if there are any differences in the chip version.
What is the general reason for this situation? How should we avoid or solve it.
