TDA4VM: Failed to read register through I2C

sdk8.2 qnx+rtos
We encountered an issue when using I2C0/I2C1 to read peripherals. Please help analyze:
1. When I2C clock 1M reads a certain peripheral device, it shows a failure.
2. The same register is read each time. Only this failed fault occurred once and the fault did not recur.
3. Can you add the reason for the failure to read the print instruction register under the function "Board_i2c16BitRegRd"?
4. Have any other customers encountered similar problems and are there any relevant solutions provided by PATCH?
