IWR1443: lens

Hello, I saw in the vital signs monitoring experiment that the hardware preparation included a lens or condenser, and it was explained that placing a lens or condenser would be better for the performance of the device. Then I would like to ask what type of lens can achieve the above functions, and how to place it between the device and the tested person?Is there any relevant documentation?
