The default I2C target address on the MCF8316C-Q1 is 0x01. Note that the target address can be changed by the user following these steps:
Write the new desired target address to register [DEVICE_CONFIG1]::[I2C_TARGET_ADDR]
The target address can be configured to any values from 0x00 to 0x7F
Trigger a EEPROM write by setting the bit [ALGO_CTRL1]::[EEPROM_WRT]
Power cycle the device.
