AM2431: Software development consultation on the AM243x series

Dear support:
    As I know, TI had provided some binary codes about industry ethenet in industry commons sdk,

    So we can generate the firmware for our application to link with such libary code. we have follwoing question about such libray :
    1.Can we release our formal produce with the firmware embedded with such libray provided by TI? or such library is just for test. We should not use such libray code in our formal product.    2.How about the reliability of these libary code? We should pass the conformance test for each industry ethernet. If we have troubles in such conformance test. can we get any technical support from TI?
