low power 模式下有Low Power Conversion Mode。参考下面的介绍：
The One-Shot register is used to initiate a single conversion and comparison cycle when the device is in shutdown mode or deep shutdown mode。
9.2.2.2.8给出了deep shut down模式下的配置顺序，可以发现ADC进入shut down或deep shut down模式后，第三步才触发one shot转化模式。
