我在用MSP-GANG烧录器给MSPM0L1306芯片下载程序时，总是报错：ERROR 23：MCU device initialization failed；请问是哪里的问题呢？
接线方式：
1 TDO/TDI->SWDIO
7 TCK->SWCLK
11 RST->NRST
2 VCC->VCC
9 GND->GND
