TMS320F28P650DK: 运行双核例程，CPU FLASH程序加载失败

TI团队好：

     我使用F28P65x controlCard运行led_ex1_c28x_dual_blinky_cpu1例程，在CPU1程序进入flash模式debug后，配置好CPU1与CPU2 erase flash，然后启动CPU2连接，每次都是只能加载RAM.out程序文件且可正常运行，加载FLASH.out文件将会报如下错误，请问此问题应当如何处理，才可以正确加载CPU2的FLASH程序离线运行呢？
