Hello,
Typically, the decompanding process involves converting the raw sensor data into a linear or perceptually uniform space.

Hello,
I see, thank you for clarifying your question.
The dcc tool generates the XML and PWL files based on the input DCC configuration file and the source code of the software running on the target device. The XML file contains the register settings for the DCC module, while the PWL file contains the pulse width modulation (PWM) values for the DCC module.
To ensure that the DCC configuration is correct, you need to make sure that the DCC settings in the source code match the settings in the DCC configuration file. You can use the dcc tool to generate the XML and PWL files, and then compare the generated files with the DCC configuration file and the source code to verify that they match.
In general, when using the DCC module, it is important to carefully test and verify the configuration to ensure that it is working as expected. This may involve running tests and analyzing the output of the DCC module to confirm that it is producing the desired results.
