In addition, when the development board is powered on, I set the board to the following mode, when there is no analogue signal access, I connect a certain channel to the oscilloscope, it shows a very messy waveform, I would like to ask what is the situation,I hope you can help me!

看您没有安装TSW1400EVM，并且使用了 J4，您应该使用的是外部控制器，AFE5818EVM板使用外部控制器的话，需要去掉R22电阻，如下截图说明：
