DS90UB953-Q1: ESD issue, Image is stuck

Hi,  

The MIPI signal will be stuck and then released in ESD contact test(GND, -8KV), this causes the image in infotainment display screen. 

Do we have any special protection method for the signal lines?  The requirement is ESD meets level A under +/-8kV.

Besides that, here are some general recommendations to improve ESD performance:

Hardware:

Multiple points of grounding
TVS diodes 
Well grounded enclosure

Software:

Increase parity threshold
Optimize AEQ settings
Hold error free frame

Also make sure to follow a structured and repeatable test procedure, in order to minimize variables in the ESD test.

For example, the Ferrite Beads in the UB953 datasheet are recommended to be 1.5-kOhms@100MHz, but the Ferrite Beads that were used vary between 331-Ohms@100MHz and 470-Ohms@100MHz.
