After the protected MOS tube is over-temperature protected, the charging and discharging MOS tube is turned off, and a multimeter is connected in it. There is a current of about 12MA, and then it slowly decreases. The direction of the current is as shown by the arrow in the figure. Why is there still this current after the charging and discharging MOS is turned off?

Why is the customer not using our integrated low-side drivers? What is the voltage for the gate-source of the CHG and DSG FETs? Maybe the FETs are not fully OFF initially.
What currents are they expecting? Do the FETs heat up during turn-on/off or during normal operation? If it is during turn-on/off, then adjusting the turn-on/off speed may help, however, if it is due to normal operation, then more FETs may be required.
