how to verify DS90UB983RTDTQ1 signal integrity

The DS90UB983RTDTQ1 which is working 12.528Gbps@STP mode is being used in our ADAS controller, because of the design of layout, the return loss dont have enough margin, it would be a potential risk, so how to verify the FPD LINK signal integrity by measurement?
