TMDSCNCD28388D: Ethercat sometimes can't connected

I use the official development board for EtherCAT debugging. After downloading the official routine f2838x_cm_cia402_solution, sometimes EtherCAT can connect normally. Sometimes it cannot be connected (even if it is the same program, I just restarted it or re-burned the flash), the phenomenon is that TwinCAT cannot scan the slave station. Through online debugging, the program is also running normally, but the reads of some ESC registers (such as the AL register) are all 0. I think this is abnormal and suspect that the ESC network is not working. Is there any reason for this?
