Regarding to EVM GUI-

Do you download and install the GUI from https://www.ti.com/product/AFE4490#software-development

SLAC556 — AFE44x0SPO2EVM GUI v2.4

Make sure –

0. Use a different computer with Windows 10.

1.  DO NOT connect EVM to PC before GUI installation completes.

2. TI recommends having administrator rights to avoid problems during installation

I tried install on my computer or uninstall and reinstall in my computer, the GUI can connect and Read/Write registers without problem –
