DS80PCI102SQ – defect is occurred in X-ray image.

We found the defect in the X-ray images. May i know

1.cause of defect

2. Does such defect affect the function

Please confirm if you have already used this in your design and you are seeing a functionality issue. Also, can you please confirm a working device shows the same x-ray?

Not used yet, we just find the defect from the X-ray image

Suggestion is to first use this part on a test board or evaluation board. This may not affect functional since this seems to be more on the molding compound used versus actual bond wire. Once this is done, please let us know and if needed we can take the next step.
