你尝试更换一下XDC的版本是否会有效果。

我这边是3.62.1.16_core，编译暂无问题。

您可以右键您的工程选择properties->Resource->CCS General->Product中找到XDCtools，双击它更改版本或者按照提示安装其他版本（可以尝试3.62.x的版本）。
