ccs and uniflash can't load progarm on cc1310 launch borad,and use flash program to force mass erase won't help

今天又有一块cc1310 launch板出现这样的现象，当时我电脑连接了两块板子我给一块烧程时，拔掉了另一块板子的烧程线就出现这个情况了，也是强制擦除完成但还是连接不上板子

我记得就是把ti例程的代码import到ccs中然后编译进行烧录，其他之前做过什么操作我记不清了，但之前也是就是烧程相关操作，

跟我遇到的问题不一样，我试了没有效果，我的xds110烧程芯片没有问题能给其他芯片烧录，也没有因为固件升级变砖，我试了加载bootloder还是会显示设备锁住了，然后升级固件也没有用，可能需要方法对cc1310进行操作
