8，Using the REG1/REG2 regulators is not required. Many users use these to power the MCU or other electronics in the system.
If you are not using BREG, REGIN, REG1, REG2, see Table 16-3 in the datasheet for instructions on how to connect these pins. All four pins can be tied to VSS if unused.
9，BQ76952 can operate standalone, but this requires programming the desired settings into OTP.
