在使用TM4C129EKCPDT时候发现10个不良品是连着出现的，怀疑是哪个地方操作不对，把芯片锁死了，所以导致无法写入程序？麻烦帮忙看一下

– Is this purchased from TI directly or from some valid distributor?
– Please provide the LTC on the device. The device marking on the chip will show this information.
– What is the percentage of failure? Are there chips that work?
– Have you tried other debug probe? I see that Jlink probe is used. Do you have other probes (eg. XDS110, XDS200) that you can try too. Just to make sure it is not a debug probe issue.
