这个地址应该是在boot ROM中的wait boot，你可以通过加载这些标志来检查：

然后再Locate file 中填入：[c2000ware installation]]\libraries\boot_rom\f2837xs\revB\rom_sources\F2837x_bootROM\cpu01-bootROM\source

然后你应该可以看到在boot ROM中的停止位置。不管怎样，有什么东西导致了重置。你能检查复位原因寄存器吗？
