TXS0104E: Outputs state when no input

Hi team,

               One thing want to check, what's the state of the output ,  when there is no input to TXS0104E(high impedance state), high level, low level or high impedance?

如果OE是低电平，所有的输出都将是高阻态；

如果OE是高电平，输入为高阻态，那么输出应该被内部上拉电阻拉至高电平，具体见下面文档 2.1 Initial Series of TXS Type Devices工作原理介绍：
