PUREPATHCONSOLE: Software download request mail can't get approval

I filled in the request information about downloading PCC3 software according to the official website and get a reply(Use my company domain email address to send). But the response is "You have provided invalied information,this request is denied." I don't known which field I filled in wrong. Ask for help or tips. Thanks.
