如果DVDD3318_A供电是3.3V,那么相应的这一组的供电的串口(IO)输出的高电平是3.3V、低电平时0，如果供电1.8那么相应的串口（IO）输出高电平是1.8V、低电平是0V，是这样吗

是的，每个group支持3.3v或者1.8v供电。
These groups can be operated at 3.3V or 1.8V nominal. The three groups can be operated at independent voltages but all pins withina group will operate at the same voltage
