PROCESSOR-SDK-J721E: get the clock frequency value

您好，J721E这个处理器配置SDK７.２版本的运行的时候，发现比标准的时间快了大约１.２倍，时钟源使用的是默认配置，我们想得到GTC的输入源的时钟频率值。谢谢！
