我们公司使用的 am5729，公司自己制作的板子，使用 phy DP83867IRRGZ ，用网线直连同样的am5729板，无法Ping通，但是板子用网线连上交换机，能ping通
问题：1. 是什么原因导致网线直连两台设备无法ping通呢
2. 有什么解决方法吗
