TMS320DM642: TMS320DM642 核心电压和IO电压上电顺序

   TMS320DM642AGNZ 连接仿真器时出现不能连接的情况，连接不上仿真器。当先加核心电压1.4V，再后加3.3V的IO电压，连接仿真器正常，也能正常的烧写flash。当同时加1.4V和3.3V时，仿真器就是连接不上。请问是什么原因？

5.3.1 Power-Supply Sequencing

TI DSPs do not require specific power sequencing between the core supply and the I/O supply. However, systems should be designed to ensure that neither supply is powered up for extended periods of time (>1 second) if the other supply is below the proper operating voltage.

你好，数据手册我看了，这段关于上电顺序的话我也看了。但是目前遇到的情况是先上内核1.4V电压，再上3.3VIO电压就正常，同时上电有的能正常有的片子不正常。先上3.3VIO电压肯定不正常。请问怎么回事，谢谢。
