TDA4VM: 系统无法关机

Hi 专家： 

执行shutdown 或poweroff命令使系统关机，发现生成流程都正常，但是到内核调用Power down后停止，关机未完成，查找对应异常log源码在：

linux-sdk/board-support/trusted-firmware-a-2.5/plat/ti/k3/common/k3_psci.c

报错如下，

另外补充下：该问题出现在emmc boot 模式启动，TF卡启动可以实现reboot ，power off同样不可用
