Hi 专家：
eMMC boot 模式下启动系统，执行reboot命令使系统重启，发现流程都正常，但是到内核调用Power down后停止，关机未完成，尝试从bootloader reset ，也无法重启
另外测试从TF 卡启动，reboot 是可以实现的。
报错如下，
