AWR1642: 使用mmWaveStudio采集数据时出现【Error : The number of files captured is zero!】

我按照DCA1000EVM Quick Start Guide (ti.com)上面的步骤进行数据采集,但遇到了“Error : The number of files captured is zero!”的问题,如下图所示

我使用的是5V3A的电源。

电脑的防火墙已经关闭。

按照.《DCA1000 Debugging Handbook》上的教程排查了如下问题

但最终仍然没有解决。
恳请您指导我一下该如何解决这个问题。

①mmwaveStudio的所有输出如下,“Error : The number of files captured is zero!”出现在最后一行。

我观察到DATA_TRAN_RPG闪烁后保持常亮,但FPGA_ERR_LED也同时亮起,如下图。

我阅读了DCA1000EVM Data Capture Card User's Guide (Rev. A),该文件给出如下提示

因此我尝试放大或降低了periodicity的值,如下图,但仍旧没有解决问题。
