报错是说仿真器碰到错误,建议楼主确认仿真器的连接。楼主用的是哪里的XDS100仿真器？

一般而言这需要做交叉实验确认问题原因：仿真器，开发板，CCS，仿真器驱动，电脑….

楼主请确认下驱动程序是否装好了，在设备管理器中是不是所有设备都正确安装了驱动。

这个问题是经常遇到的问题，要不就是连接，要不就是电源，晶振，要不就是驱动。。很棘手的一个问题。
