在使用BQ24610时,原理图基本参考官方的参考设计,主要改了一下MOSFET管型号。发现在外部输入电源的情况下,ACDRV无法拉低来使能前端的P管,BATDRV的LED灯与STAT1的LED灯点亮,这样就无法对电池充电;
但是如果强制将ACDRV拉低后,BATDRV灯灭了,充电电流也正常了。
请问ACDRV要置低的条件会有哪些?谢谢

您好, ACDRV的电压是多少。
ACDRV is driving a PFET so required VGS (where ACDRV is G, and VCC is S) to turn on this FET is negative. BQ24610 will drive ACDRV as VCC – 6V, so as to apply a -6V VGS, and the spec in the datasheet that shows 7V max is actually referring to VACDRV_REG = VVCC – VACDRV. So with 18V VCC, and 12.6V observed ACDRV, your VACDRV_REG = 18 – 12.6 = 5.4V, which is within the ACDRV_REG spec, as well as should be sufficiently enough to drive the reverse blocking FET.

感谢你的回复,通过你的提示我找到原因了,我们在焊接的时候将上拉电阻的值设置的太小了,致使ACDRV拉不下来,更换后工作正常了。再次感谢
