BQ25601: HIZ mode 能否更改默认启动

BQ25601上遇到一个问题，固定设置BQ25601为HIZ模式时，重新接入USB时，仍然会恢复汲取USB线上的电流，需要重新设置。

因需要支持连接苹果手机，需要上电瞬间也不能汲取USB电流，BQ25601能否设置默认为HIZ打开？

0 – Disable (default)

1 – Enable
