BQ2057WSN VOUT检测跳到了11.2V,是怎么回事

您好,您的电路设计中用的是固定的8.4V还是用外部分压电阻设计的其他值。

验证就是将OK芯片和NG芯片的板子进行部品互换,互换后OK的板子电压输出11V左右(变不良了),NG的板子输出8.2V左右(变OK了),所以初步判断是芯片本身不良

您好,如果是芯片损坏建议检查制成,瞬态电压是否超过18V最大额定值时。
下面几点您可以参考一下:
1.) How does the external power supply respond to a load step do you see any instability overshoot.
2.) How long are the leads from external power supply to charger, the leads will act as an inductor and starting and stopping current flow will cause a voltage kick/overshoot.
3.) Input filtering into charger, how large is it will adding more capacitance help reduce any possible overshoot.
4.) Try measuring voltage at the BQ2057 VCC looking for overshoot during plug/unplug.
