LM340: LM340SS-5.0/NOPD output

LM340SX-5.0  3017PCS  Using 356pcs and 150 pieces on-line, 3 cases of defects were found: 12V to 5V fault, and the actual output was only 2V.

After replacing the defective product, the output voltage returns to normal.
