DS90UB927Q-Q1: DS90UB927Q-Q1 PIN13,15 and DS90UB928Q-Q1 PIN34,39 RES PIN

these pins are advised to be connected to GND，

but my PCB is NC，has it any problem？

Hello, I think it could either connect  GND or floating, it looks like it has been connected GND  internally.

Does the 928/927 work normally now with it NC?

I just test it by multimeter，it is not connect to GND internally，

Hello, I confirmed again with our foreign engineer, and his opinion is that please do not deviate from the datasheet requirements. These pins should be connected to GND. Please follow the datasheet and connected the Reserved pins to GND.

Hi kailyn，I know it is best to follow the datasheet，I want to what‘s the function of  the REF PIN，  Can you supply me the equibalent circuit of the res pins as shown below。

I test the RES PIN voltage level is 0V in operation mode yesterday。
