DS125DF410: DS125DF410 4 channels CDR cannot be locked

The registers are as follows, but one DS125DF410 4 channel CDR can be locked, and the other DS125DF410 4 channel CDR But it can't be locked, can you take a look for me? Thank you

另外我想问下，不能lock的这片SMBUS的时序正常吗？两片的话SMBUS的从机地址不能是一样的， 可以把时序附上我这边看下。
