其实大概的方式我了解一些，c2000作从站主控芯片，但是官方给的套板举例所用MCU全部带有MAC功能，所以我想知道的是没有MAC+PHY模块的F280049C是否可以作主控芯片，
如果可以的话是不是只需要SPI或者UART任意一种通讯方式连接AMIC110，ECAT信号的ECAT_LATCH0、ECAT_LATCH1、ECAT_SYNC0、ECAT_SYNC2、IRQ、LOADED是否不需要连接；
还是说需要一种通讯加上普通GPIO连接ECAT的6个信号就可以？

We don't have a document or software specifically for F280049C + AMIC110. Hardware wise, the LAUNCHXL-F280049C should work with the TMDXICE110 since I believe only a SPI connection is required. Other signals mentioned could be optional depending on the application and need for eCAT SYNC/LATCH signals.
You might find some useful information in the training videos below, which shows LAUNCHXL-F28069M and TMDXICE110 being used together. SW support may be available in one of the processor SDKs.

By the way, any reason you are not looking at the F2838x device which has the EtherCAT slave controller IP integrated into the device?
