仿真器在其他板子上能否正常使用？
错误提示显示的是JTAG有可能损坏，有条件的话可以试一下换其他JTAG再测试一下

该板子是首次上电，用的调试工具是XDS100 V3，芯片供电也是正常的，很着急

这个基本上是硬件上的问题，也急不来，只能一个个排除问题。
首先，身边有其他板子可以测试一下仿真器能否使用吗？先判断仿真器好坏，如果仿真器可以使用，那检查芯片引脚的电源质量是否稳定。再不行就要检查一下仿真器的几个引脚是否正常，可以通过测对地电阻来测量。
全部都没问题的话，那只能考虑是芯片或者板子本身制作或质量问题了。
